Shipping policy

Processing & production time
All orders will be shipped within 2-5 business days after the order is received excluding weekends and holidays . Please allow additional processing time for orders submitted during the weekend or during holidays. 

If you do not receive an order confirmation email after placing your order, you can contact hello@moonlitlife.com for a status update.

International orders
We offer international shipping, shipping rates are calculated by weight + delivery destination during checkout. 

International orders may be subject to customs fees, which Moonlit Life is does not cover. International customs + duties fees are determined by the receiving country and are the customer's responsibility to pay.
